This multi-year blended learning project was done in conjunction with my learning collaborative team the EPICo Group , where I serve the role of Chief Learning Strategist. Our client, a wildly successful research and training institute was looking to digitize their popular 3-day in-person training event. The objective was to enable their customers to bring the training to a broader audience. But it was critical that this scalable, digital solution maintain the “magic” that their top-notch facilitators were known deliver in person. Those were some big virtual shoes to fill! But I’m happy to report that the mission was achieved, and the new e-course is making its way around the world.
